PAYMENT
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay and Apple Pay).

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SPLY Market accepts returns and exchanges on eligible items unless marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase. To qualify, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@splydesign.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Approved returns will be issued as a SPLY Market gift card for future purchases. SPLY Market reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to AR, CO, D.C., GA, HI, IL, IA, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NE, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV and WI.

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.

Continental USA     $12 (2-7 days)
Hawaii & Alaska $27 (5-10 days)

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
